Mod 16 quick reference guide

Hey all

I ran across this quick guide to MOD 16 with some really useful information, especially regarding prioritizing stats. Meta still says arpen is king, followed by accuracy and goes down from there. This is all still fairly new, so take that in consideration as you review.
